When President Donald Trump called on Congress to abolish the Diversity Visa Program after Tuesday's terror attack in New York City, it sent shock waves through countries that view the program as a ticket to the American dream. The lottery was started to provide opportunities for countries with low rates of immigration to the U.S. Will the program actually be cut?
